We are an early stage company. We don’t have a culture. But when I meet people that I am thinking about hiring I immediately know they won’t be a fit with our team, even though they have the skills. I am kissing way too many frogs.

My top performer just left. They say it isn’t anything I have done, but I know that bad management is the #1 reason people leave jobs and I just don’t know what I am doing.
