After 150 posts and over 400 pages of content, it seemed
like as good a time as any to start to elucidate the core principles of
Talentism. The larger intellectual framework of Talentism is that "Talent
is more valuable than capital." That part is simple. What that means in
practice is more difficult.
This series will start to examine the basic operational principles of Talentism and create a framework for implementation at your company. Each one of these principles is in practice at one level or another inside my organization (the groups I invest my time in at EA). Each one of them is helping people who were questioning the meaning and value of their work to recommit and reenergize. The sample size may be relatively small compared to the world working population, but every journey of a thousand miles start with one step.
Tomorrow: "Why We Need Talentism"

Human Capital = Talent
